History

Starting the IPOP Foundation was a dream Rollin and Amy Anderson shared for many years. When they successfully sold their company, MediConnect Global, they along with their two teenage children Dalton and Ashley, were finally able to turn their dream into a reality.

The IPOP Foundation – an acronym for “In Pursuit of Perfection” – is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs learn to excel by helping them develop their own talents and abilities. The Foundation focuses on the Promotion, Education, and Perpetuation of entrepreneurship as a pathway to self-reliance, self-confidence, and selfless giving in order to impact the world for the better.

Entrepreneurship was the path that allowed Amy to become self-reliant during her years as a single mother of two young children, so she knows first-hand what can be achieved and she feels strongly about the importance of educating others on the opportunities and possibilities that exist. As a successful entrepreneur, Amy was able to learn many valuable lessons throughout her career and it is her goal to give back by sharing these lessons with other aspiring and practicing entrepreneurs to help them along their journey.

Rollin spent many years working as a counselor to at-risk youth and he has a particular passion for helping our young people gain self-confidence through the recognition and development of their own talents and abilities.

The Anderson’s believe that by promoting entrepreneurship as a career path, and by educating others on the principles that will lead to success, they can help combat community deterioration, alleviate poverty, promote social welfare, and help individuals to positively impact their communities and the world.
